1. What products does Boho Bay offer?

We offer a range of trendy and affordable accessories including phone covers, lip tints, beauty items, and other lifestyle essentials — all carefully selected to keep your vibe cute and classy.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, so you can shop confidently and pay when your order arrives.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your city and courier availability. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.


4. Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery only for defective or damaged items.
To qualify, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue when opening the parcel.
Returns for reasons like size, color, or change of mind are not accepted.


5. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
Once your parcel has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please record a video while unboxing your parcel and contact us within 3 days of delivery at bohobayy.co@gmail.com.
We’ll verify and send a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.


7. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
We’re working on expanding internationally soon — stay tuned!


8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to check your delivery status on the courier’s website.


9. What are your customer service hours?

We typically reply within 24–48 hours.
