1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your city or region.

During sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays, shipping times may be extended.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please make sure you are available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery.
Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels may result in restrictions on future orders.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at bohobayy.co@gmail.com.
We’ll coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.
7. Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. This helps us verify and process replacements or refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy.
