1. Purchase Options

At Boho Bay, we offer the following purchase and payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure that the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable.

  • Online Payments (if available):
    Secure payments can be made using debit/credit cards or other payment gateways displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party processors.

Note: We do not store any customer payment information.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • In case of any issue with product availability, you will be notified, and a replacement or refund option will be provided.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind, but please note the following:

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • To cancel an order before dispatch, email us at bohobayy.co@gmail.com with your order number and name.

If your order was prepaid and canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Refusal to Accept COD Orders

  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in your account being restricted from placing future COD orders.

  • We reserve the right to require advance payment for customers with repeated COD rejections.

5. Changes to Purchase or Cancellation Terms

We may update our purchase and cancellation terms as needed to improve service quality. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
