Boho Bay is an online store offering accessories such as phone covers, lip tints, and similar lifestyle items.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features or tools added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or device screens.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
Delivery times may vary depending on location but usually take 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
Delays due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.
To qualify for a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the defect at the time of opening the parcel.

  • Size or preference-based returns are not accepted.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Boho Bay and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boho Bay will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
