Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bohobay! We want you to love your purchase, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the defect at the time of opening the parcel.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

⚠️ Returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at bohobayy.co@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A video proof showing the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You may receive either a replacement item or a refund, depending on product availability.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or through store credit/bank transfer if applicable.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

💡 Note: Return shipping or courier fees must be paid by the customer. Bohobay does not cover return postage costs.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or opened products (especially lip tints or cosmetics)

  • Products without video proof of defect

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
